Dr. Texas Dick explains the world (of LSAT and law school apps)

AMA

I'm Richard. Born in the UK, British and Irish passports, came to America as a kid, spent the plurality of my life in Texas, graduated President of the student body at U Texas Law after a brief time at Columbia. Wrote a couple of corporate books on LSAT that I don't much care for. Cracked up, had a breakdown, did some drugs in the desert, listened to a lot of Beatles, got my head back together again.

OK, I've done this from time to time. It works out well.

So let's do it again!!

Pick a question from any test, I'll explain it in a way that you can understand it. None of this "presupposing the subjunctive participle of the aforementioned itinerant peripheral pulchritudinous sesquipedalian" sort of horse pucky.

Anyone who explains LSAT that way is not your friend. They are your mortal enemy.

And I'll explain it not just in a way that you'll understand it. But in a way that holds a larger lesson for the next test.

I'll also happily answer questions about individual schools, application questions, resumes, letters of recommendation, personal statements, additional essays, whatever you like. I usually manage to get through at least a few questions. Because I will answer them in full. And when I say in full, I mean: in full.

Challenge me. Ask those questions that have been bugging you. Ask me about Georgetown's weird ass application process. I'm down to clown. So...let's have a little Sunday Funday.

🪲🪲 Questions that mention your favorite Beatles song get priority! 🪲🪲

And seriously: I don't want your business. This is all free. My slate is pretty much full anyway.

I just want good people who can't afford to spend ten thousands dollars on prep to have access to reliable information (sorry, LSAT Reddit, I love you, but you bat guano crazy!!).

I basically just want good people to go to good law schools.
