Oil recycling?

Is there still anywhere to dump your own used motor oil? I know you can take it to most autoparts places but I was looking for a place to walk up to and do it myself.

There used to be a dump station right behind the Greenway gas station by the fairgrounds but I think it is long gone, as well as the Greenway?
