Nasty habits

So Im a teenager living with my family and their habits are starting to take a toll on me, they expect me to always clean after them and if i didnt literally nobody would, like im literally living with adults why are there tissues lying around on the floor and nobody’s picking it up? My mom is sick so she can’t do anything other than cook but she does help out sometimes, but my brother is almost 30 and he throws tissues and plastics on the floor and expects me to clean and tidy up after him like helloo???

Talking to them isn’t working so what other option do i have? I tried not to do everything for them and they still leave the place dirty and it’s bothering me how they treat me like a maid
