Ally rog x or legion go 2?

Hey guys I was looking to buy a handheld device and I think for me it will be between these two options the ally rog x thats currently out or wait for the legion go 2 but I feel like the ally x will be able to do what I need I wasnt going to play triple A games mainly old games and turn it into a emulator machine and also use the Xbox app to play some old games via game pass should I wait for a more powerful device or is the ally x more than enough for my needs?

Edit: the thing I like about the legion go is that it has a built in stand on the back which makes it where I can place it down on a table like a tablet but you can’t do that with the ally x from what im aware is there anything I can buy to make the ally x stand up ?
