Help me brainstorm some demonic powers / spells and minions to give a cult leader (demon / dragon)? Tl;Dr at bottom.

If you're in a campaign where a cult leader of the Crimson Enclave named Ozra who worships the demonic Crimson dragon Azarok - GO NO FURTHER!

Ozra is an orc who was sought out by Azarok since she had lost her child during a very rough winter in what many regard a no man's land because of weather and the abundance of orcs. Ozra formed the Crimson Enclave who seek to resurrect Azarok through very unholy means on return for powers to fight their enemies and survive. Azarok is not telling her everything and is chained to a demiplane by the gods. The rituals may help the Enclave, but rivers turn red and the land is covered in "Zerg like flesh" where a lot of "cursed shit" is happening. Classical demonic things like lumps of hair and bloodied skin, flies, dying animals and crop...

For Ozra, Azarok promised her that she'll get back her child and the safety of her people, what he isn't telling her is that it could very much be himself getting born though her body when he's strong enough and she's too long gone. Ritual by ritual, he gives the Enclave new powers, to the extent where Ozra has become more dragon than orc (to in time hold an egg containing Azarok), some devoted cultists get bloodless hearts - meaning they only need new blood to get resurrected but can't make no blood of their own. Another is the presence of more arms, fingers and a dragon tounge to affect spellcasting or giving abilities to fly and breathe fire. The corruption added from rituals takes inspiration from Warhammer, and the cult sees this as a great honor.

End / tl;dr I have been thinking of flavouring the cultists of the Crimson Enclave by giving them demon familiars , unholy spells and powers that give them the ability to get resurrected easily or more extremities that up their spellcasting...but I am looking for inspiration from you guys on what makes a mix of red/black (crimson) dragon and demon special.
