Is it safe to visit Uttarakhand this month end?

Hey all , I'm planning to go to Chopta this month end and also to Mussoorie this month and the total no of days is 7 days for both of them. I just wanna do the trek in Chopta and relax there for 2-3 days and come back to Mussoorie for 3 days.
