Finally got away

I don’t know who has been following my story, but I am finally back in the states. It’s been almost 3 months now and I am about to fall over legal separation. This man caused me so much emotional distress. He beat me into reactive abuse, and then called the cops on me are you serious but whatever I’m over it and I am getting BAH from him. A lot of times his decisions weren’t through and I’m pretty sure he is regretting everything that he did and that’s good because I am his karma but me having multiple sclerosis. I have a lingering drop foot and other than that. I feel super good that I am not around him anymore, anybody have any advice or something or has anybody gone through this before and gives me some advice?
