Hello all I have a couple friends visiting Dubai and they want to watch the match together.

Can you recommend a good place where we can enjoy sheesha, talk (no maybe not super loud music) and drink?

It'll be great if the place has Dubai vibes since they're visiting for the first time but also is not crazy expensive (:
