Struggling with fear and paranoia after getting baptised

I got baptised a few months ago and my room is where I’ve set my orthodox altar. I haven’t been able to sleep in this room for a few weeks now because I always get this sense of fear/paranoia at night and wake up at 3 am. I also experienced some light sleep paralysis symptoms and spiritual dreams.I have been sleeping in the kichen ever since my last sleep paralysis and I haven’t caught up with reading my holy bible (and because of some family issues haven’t been able to attend the Divine Liturgy either) If anyone has had anything similar to this please share your stories and advice!
