Stuttering (freezing for 1 second) in cs2?

It doesn't happen to me all the time, maybe once every 10 games, but I notice a stuttering (freezing for 1 second) in counter strike 2.

I have a good PC (i7-13700Kf/rtx 4080 super).

Anyone else notice this? Thanks.
