Opinion on Anant Raj Sector 63 A, Gurgaon ?

Hey Gurgaon folks,

I’m exploring options for a 3 BHK in Gurgaon and came across AnantRaj Estate in Sector 63A. The location looks promising, just about 10 minutes from GC Road, with Worldmark and Sohna also fairly close by. Price I was quoted are in 2–3 Cr range, which feels relatively lower compared to other projects in vicinity. Wanted to get your thoughts. What’s the catch here, and how does this project really stack up? Would also appreciate any thumb rules that I must follow as I am actively looking.
