Updated Wekki 8090s House modular opinions?

I know there have been a few smaller discussions in the past, but I wanted to swing back and ask opinions. I like building sets via theme so this as a "thematic set" really works for me. However the reviews I see are pretty variable and with them out as long they have been I thought I'd ask what folks thought before doing an order of all 3 to save on shipping.

Just tossing this out for opinions.
