Ignition casino locked my account after $4,000 win — no progress on verification after a week

Hey everyone,

I’ve been playing on ignition casino since May. I don’t deposit much (only a couple of small deposits total, which I lost quickly), so most of my play has been through bonuses and referral rewards. At the end of August, I finally had my first big win — around $4,000. I went through the playthrough requirements legitimately and then requested a withdrawal. A few hours after submitting the request, I tried to log back in and got a message saying my account was disabled and under investigation. Customer support told me I needed to verify my identity, so I submitted the requested ID photos right away. The problem is, that was over a week ago. Since then, the only communication I’ve received is the same copy-paste email saying my account is disabled and “under investigation until further notice.” I followed up with better-quality photos from my new phone to make the process easier, but I still haven’t gotten a real update. At this point, I feel like I’m in the dark. Identity verification shouldn’t take this long, and I’m worried they’re stalling because of the payout amount. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Ignition Casino? Any advice on how to escalate this?

Thanks in advance.

Update:

After submitting all of the requested ID verification documents, including a selfie with my license and both sides of the card, Ignition Casino accused me of “fraudulent activity,” permanently disabled my account, and seized my $4,000 balance. Here’s what actually happened: First submission: I used an old phone with a terrible camera (3MP). The photos came out blurry and hard to read. Without realizing it, I accidentally uploaded the back of my late friend Bobby’s ID from my Google Photos library instead of my own. At the time, I truly thought I was submitting the back of my card. Second submission: A few days later, my new phone arrived with a much better camera. Believing the only issue was poor photo quality, I resubmitted everything in much higher quality. At this point, I still had no idea that the back of the first submission was wrong. Discovery: I only realized the mix-up after Ignition sent me the fraud email. I went back, checked closely, and saw the back of the first set wasn’t mine — it was Bobby’s. That was an honest mistake, not an attempt at fraud. Despite the corrected photos being clear and legitimate, Ignition used the first mistake as grounds to ban me and keep my winnings. This whole situation feels incredibly dishonest. I’ve been with them for 6 months, lost plenty of deposits without issue, and the first time I hit a big win, they shut me down over a mistake that gave me zero advantage and no logical reason to do intentionally. I’ve started a dispute, but regardless of how that turns out, I can’t recommend Ignition Casino. From my perspective, they’re using any excuse to avoid paying legitimate winners
