Artifact on Boot Logo, Disappears Completely Later

Just got these artifacts on my boot last 5 days ago that appears on startup but disappears normally as I get to home screen. Doesn't reappear.
I have tested this with another system unit (GTX 1550) with the same monitor and also got the same issue but it stayed and appeared through the home screen (no pictures). Haven't tested ever since.
I assume it's either monitor or power-related issue, I'd appreciate anyone's input.
Main PC Specs:
GPU: Arc B580
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2758A-2K-PRO-3
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G
MB: MSI Pro Series B550M
