Help connecting my pc to wifi

So I have just recently rebuilt my pc( I built it myself a couple years ago and had to replace my faulty power supply) I got my pc powered on though now I am unable to connect to WiFi, this wasn’t a problem on the first build so I’m confused on what to do now. At first my internets were saved though when I tried to connect every single time it said cannot connect to this network. I used the windows troubleshoot help button and used everything through there and restarted my router but still nothing. I’m not sure what I pressed but when restarting something I forgot all of my networks and now I can’t connect to them again. I feel like it could be something with my wifi antennas on my mobo but I was wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be.
