Hello everyone

My nick in game is Cocciasecca#6873 and I'm playing since a month ago ore or less. I' ve lokked at our factions' war map and I was wandering: why do we keep fortify only few regione instead of distribute all our troops on the weak spot on our (or enemies') front?
