Connecting USB Microphone (MV7B) to Pixel doesn't work (well). Does someone know a possible solution?

So I wanted to connect my MV7B to my Google Pixel 7.
used an USB cable and the white adapter that was delivered with the phone.

The microphone draws power from the mic, so there is some sort of connection. When I go into video there is no option in settings to find to switch to cable bound.
Also the Motiv App of Shure doesn't recognize the mic.

I also updated and restarted the phone.

Does someone know a possible solution?
