Anyone else waiting 3 weeks for packages with An Post and terrible contact us experience ?

Order packages ~mid August and see they were shipped 22nd. Paid customs for one package a couple of days later, second package from Poland and both packages still stuck in "Your item is being sorted for delivery" since the 1st of Sept.

Additionally their whatsapp is a joke with a standard message "We’re really sorry, but we’re experiencing a high volume of messages right now. Please try again a little later and we’ll be happy to assist you. Thank you, An Post"

Online webchat "Too busy please try again later". Just got through now and im #70 in the queue 45 min expected time.

Phone call "VMS says it has too high of a volume of calls to take mine, please try later." and hangup

Anyone else experiencing this? 🤷‍♂️
