Newbie questions

Hi, my gaggimate pro now works on my Rancilio Silvia. Questions:

• I only have the standard shot (1 step) on it, how/where do I get more on it?? And how do I design new ones?
• my bookoo Themis mini connects to the gaggimate, but if I select weight on the gaggimate as a control measure, then the shot doesn’t pull. When I press “play” it clicks on and off immediately. Any idea how I fix this?
