New to PC gaming, are these specs OK?

I am extremely new to PC gaming. I barely know anything but really want to get into it without breaking the bank. I've watched a lot of videos from LTT and ZTT but am still not one hundred percent sure I know everything. Below is a list of my parts list from PC part picker. Are they all compatible?
