Question regarding Lmia

Hi everyone, My employer applied for my LMIA in March 2025 (high/low-wage stream), and I still haven’t heard back. My current work permit expires in November 2025 (about 2 months left).

I checked the official processing times and it shows around 37–42 business days, but it’s already been over 6 months since we applied. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently? Should my employer follow up with Service Canada, or is this kind of wait normal in 2025?
