Levant?

Question / Help

Hi everyone!

I recently did a DNA test. I was told my whole life that I was mixed (half Northwestern European and half Puerto Rican). My results showed a total of 18 different regions, including locations such as Spain, Indigenous Puerto Rico, and Africa. What surprised me, though, was that I found out I was part Middle Eastern. All it says is Levant. I asked my mom about it, and she said her biological father was a Spanish Jew, but as I did more research, I found a lot of people saying that if you're Jewish, Ancestry especially states which type you are. But it says Levant, so I would like to know if anyone can explain or has more knowledge on the topic. When I click on the Levant and scroll, Lebanon pops up below it (I attached a picture). Am I Lebanese? Did my mom get confused between ethnically Jewish and religiously Jewish? Any help would be appreciated. Just trying to learn more, as my biological grandfather was a deadbeat, and we have little information on him.
