Unfair decision

I was banned after ~80 matches. Reason?. You can clearly see from my stats I was clearly smrf1ng*

I am totally against smrf3rs, I do not encourage smu4f1ng. I lost my main account (speaking of steam account) back in 2020/2021 due to a stupid scam. I came back years later, just to play with my friends.

This is my one and only account now. In theory, a smu7f3r is a guy that is playing in lower rank even thought he is higher rank. I actually got level 10 for the first time in my life, how can I be considered sm7rf?

I came here because I'm actually very upset with the answer I got to my complaint. The admins came back to me with a copy pasted text, even though I said to them a lot of things... I've got 0 answers. I don't understand, how ever can I play faceit again??? Even if i start playing next year, guess what, I will be considered a smu4f3r. Should i start a new account and intentionally not make any kills to be on the safe side???
