eBay Failed to Protect My Account – Unauthorized Order Still Not Canceled!

I am extremely disappointed with eBay.
My account was hacked and an unauthorized order for $36.38 was placed without my permission. I acted immediately — secured my account and canceled the order — yet eBay has done absolutely nothing to properly investigate or protect me. Worse, the order has still not been canceled.

This is unacceptable. A platform that allows unauthorized purchases and fails to protect its users is not safe. I no longer feel secure using eBay and will be deleting my account permanently.

If eBay cannot guarantee basic security and take swift action for its users, it is no longer a platform I can trust.
