buying a pre-built pc in japan, is this too overpriced?

Build Help

I’m moving to Japan soon and found a prebuilt gaming PC, but I’m not sure if it’s overpriced.

Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X Motherboard: AMD B550 Micro-ATX Cooler: MSI MAG CoreLiquid E240 GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB RAM: 32 GB (16 GB×2) DDR4-3200 Storage: 2 TB NVMe Gen4 SSD + 2 TB SATA HDD PSU: 650 W 80+ Bronze OS: Windows 11 Home

Price: ¥265,000 (around $1,700 USD)

is this too overpriced? i kinda want to settle for a pre-built pc because i dont think im ready to build a pc on my own yet and i dont want to go through the trouble of finding a store and get individual parts and have the store build it for me so im okay if it is even a little overpriced.

i am pretty happy with this system, not really looking for a more powerful build but if this is insanely overpriced i might go for a different direction.
