Disruptive voice chat to dishonorable?

So me and my friend were playing, and within 5 matches of ranked he had 113 negative points and half of them were from flagged communication, is this from that new 2gb update because it was the day after it came out and he wasn’t even saying that bad of stuff, both before and after, has this happened to anyone else this bad?
