Am I overreacting?? Please help me to understand

I’m feeling so nervous when my boyfriend follows back girls on instagram who follows him. He doesn’t know them, he doesn’t talk to them. The reason is that he wants to grow his account, to have a lot of likes and followers. So even I told him that I don’t feel comfortable, it makes me cry and hurt, he doesn’t understand why. He’s telling me that everything is fine and I shouldn’t worry about it, complain and tell him what to do 😢😢😢

Please help me because I don’t know what to think😭😭😭😭😭
