New bike quandary

Hey all!

I'm in a bit of a quandary. I'm looking for a new bike as my Cannondale Slate is too big for me and I've finally come to terms with that. I do a fair mix of gravel and road and a buddy is recommending a Lauf Seigla. It looks great but I'm torn between the race transmission and wireless e1, and also if this is too gravel forward if I ride roads as well? Just wondering others thoughts. Thanks in advance!
