Architect’s Fee for Renovation Project

I’ll be designing a 200 sqm renovation project for a two-storey residential house. The scope includes detailed architectural interiors and a full revision of the floor plan. Would 120k be reasonable for DADS without site supervision and client assistance? This is my 1st project.
