Feeling stucked! I need your advise!
I feel like I’m stuck and I need some advice.
I’m currently a Team Lead in a BPO. I actually love the account I’m handling and even my schedule (morning shift) works perfectly for me. The only problem is…grabe ang office politics
A lot of them (including the manager) take frequent smoke breaks together, which feels unfair to those of us who don’t then they expect us to cover for them. My direct supervisor often asks me “what will I do when filing leaves”There’s also clear favoritism. He has a separate group chat with certain people, but the rest of us are excluded.
It gives me the ick and makes me feel unmotivated.
Here’s where I’m stuck: I want to shift careers or at least move companies. I also want to rest, but I don’t have a backup plan. My salary is good for me right now, which makes it harder to take the leap. Most of the higher-paying jobs require a diploma, which I don’t have.
So I’m torn between staying for the stability vs. trying to find something better for my mental health.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Should I just endure while I build a backup plan, or is there a smarter way to transition? Any advice would be appreciated.
