[Hiring] Looking for an artist to do a Silent Hill Themed transformation pic for Halloween

As the title states, im currently looking for an artist to do a Silent Hill themed transformation picture for me.

The idea is I would be transforming into one of the iconic Silent Hill nurses due to a new, dense fog covering the area. This will need to be finished before Halloween obviously, as it will be part of my annual Halloween posts on my deviant art and furaffinity accounts ( with proper artist credit of course)

Minimum budget is 40 USD and upper is probably around 80-85ish.
