some difficulty in worship

Asking for/ recommending resources

Hi there, good evening! This is kind of going to be long winded so bear with me..

I have been practicing pretty regularly since May of this year. my practice has changed quite a bit since I first started, as everyones does I would imagine.. Life changes and you have to work around all sorts of schedules and responsibilities. And it's even more complicated when you aren't necessarily out of the closet to those you live with. I have been making it work to the best of my ability, but sometimes it can be tough.

I really have enjoyed being able to read and research, I have been following the attic calendar, honoring the theoi on their sacred days in the first several days of the lunar month, celebrating the new moon observances with Deipnon-Noumenia-Agathodaimon. I really have enjoyed bringing this into my life.

But sometimes I feel like I am unable to give the time and attention to the theoi I want to worship.

I started with Aphrodite and prayed and meditated with Her daily in the beginning of my praxis. Then I began reading more about traditional worship, household worship, etc. Decided to start incorporating the household gods, Hestia, Zeus, Hermes, Hecate, Apollon.. included Artemis and Hera in there as well. I do daily libations to these gods as well as Aphrodite and Dionysos, but I find my mind is mostly on the latter two. My big thing is that I want to worship the other household gods more- but I don't feel like I have the capacity to if that makes sense? I want to honor Them all but I can't seem to do it more than reading their hymns on their sacred monthly days, reciting the rites and libations I do daily, and the prayers and libations I do for the new moon observance. The rest of the month I am researching (been reading a lot of books about Dionysos lately, trying to read Theogony & Works and Days as well) and I guess really I feel like I am stretching myself out pretty thin.

I have a lot of love for this religion, it has done wonders for me in my life and I want to honor and worship the gods more than I already am. Does anyone else feel this way? I am always one to tell people they are doing their best and as long as they are doing their best, that's all the gods could even ask for. But I find myself struggling with accepting that for myself. If anyone has any advice or suggestions on how to feel like I am doing enough, I would greatly appreciate it.

Bacchic blessings, I hope you all enjoy this beautiful first evening of Autumn.
