How do I fix the rings of my binder???

For marching band I have both a flip folder and a binder. My binder is starting to do that thing where the rings are starting to overlap, and I have wonder how to fix that so all my stuff can stop spilling out on my bedroom floor. (I don't want to hear buy a new binder because it happens to all of the ones I have).
