Install-to-play not in client

Hey all. So I recently upgraded to the ultimate tier of GFN, granted I am using an alliance partner (Rain) in South Africa. I just wanted to ask, as it was previously in my client but then went away, is the install to play only relevant to the GFN servers or if you have the ultimate tier I should have access. to it in spite being part of an alliance partner GFN?

P.S - Sorry in advance if this was spoken of/mentioned and I did not see it.
