DAP recs? High quality sound and occasional streaming

Looking to get into DAPs and am slightly overwhelmed. I am looking for the best sound quality I can get for preferably $250 or less. Mostly local files but also need android for youtube music. I prefer my tuning V shaped and listen to lots of kpop.

Currently looking at the fiio JM21, the m21s look interesting as well but not sure if the price increase is worth it. Or maybe there's another device that's better value? I am going to be using IEMS with these, (also taking any IEM recs in the $100-$200 range^^). Any advice is appreciated!
