Can I report this as scam?

I said on fmb I was transferring items to my alt, and this person just sent me trades for 25.000 goMoney and 14.000 goMoney, so I accepted them because I did “accept all trades” while transferring all my items.

So I wasn’t even supposed to know/see it, but I noticed my goMoney was gone. Can I report this “friend”? Since I accepted it myself…
