Best targets or fake goalie that’s easy to remove

I have the opportunity for open ice time but I’ll always be the only one there and other than getting a goalie to come I have to shoot at an empty net. They told me not to put a second net laying face down. What I really want is the old fashioned shooter tutor that has a picture of a goalie with all the holes but I saw a good one is quite expensive. I also have the four corners target that are four little nets but it’s hard to quickly attach to net and remove it.

Any recommendations for targets or makeshift shooter tutor that is as cheap as possible preferably free?
