PCOS and mood swings?

Hi all, I'm 18 years old and was diagnosed a year ago with pros and am being tested for endo aswell. I've just been put on progesterone patches to help uptake my female hormones and was really excited to finally get better. My doctor said that they should help but all that's happened is they've made the pain so much worse and given me such uncontrollable mood swings. One minute I'll be absolutely raging then the next thing I know is I'm on the floor crying. I've always had mood swings but never this bad and I'm starting to get concerned.

I can't move onto the pill, my doctors won't allow it because I'm using manjouro as was recommended by them so I'm really kind of stuck. I just needed to rant about this to people who actually understand what it's like to have PCOS.
