Need help with nvme ssd and my motherboard

I have a z490 Tomahawk Motherboard paired with an i5 10600k and im using a single nvme 3.0 gen and looking forward to populate all slots with an additional nvme gen 4. Will using the both slots reduce my GPU bandwidth from x16 to x8? Please help
