What a spouse can write after divorce for removal of condition?

Hi all, I could not find an old post I saw long time ago in which the beneficiary divorced from the sponsoring spouse. Since all is in good faith and the marriage does not last and the spouse asks if they could write something to support the process later, what would be the name of the document they can write and sign? Is it called an affidavit of support?
