Service issues

Verizon-can you hear me now? iPhone 15 ProMax, I have never seen my phone go into SOS mode as much as it has in the last month and I have been a customer for over 20 years. What’s going on with your lack of service? I live in Orange County California, it’s not like I live in the woods. Phone goes into SOS mode at home at work, what’s the issue? Phone is on latest IOS version.
