Shipping POV

Hey everyone, I’m currently stationed in Alaska and i’m moving to Texas in 3 months. The closest port to my HOR is San Diego. Is there anyway i can my car shipped to Texas instead of California. Or any chance the Air Force would cover my trip while driving from Cali to Texas?
