AITA for taking a Lost and Found Engagement Ring While Working.

Long story short, I’ve been working for this company for three years. It’s a security company for retail stores. Anyway, whilst working part time I was doing electrical classes. Once finished, I landed a job and it was time to call it a end on my security role. But in the back office there’s this big fat engagement ring which has been there for about 6 months, clearly a customer has dropped it and someone found it. Anyway on my last day of work, I said fuck it and took it. Sold it for around $6700 usd. Been 4 months and I’m been stressing out ever since… AITH since someone will eventually take it?
