Coming back after ten years

So my last fifa/FC was like 16 and I was okay. Loved playing with friends or sometimes online. Now I got myself Fc26 and loose all the time in UT. Which modes are nice for beginners and where I could get ranked with other newbies to have some feeling of achievement?
