Help regarding communal showers!

For context: Just moved from Colombia to US, found a gym place near me but the showers are all...together, all poles next to each other like if it were a prison and I'm definitely not used to that aaaaa, I've heard from other girls its not too bad

I'm a trans woman who passes well but I'm having my surgery in a few months so there's also that factor, I consider myself confident in my body and looks but I definitely don't want to make others feel awkward

What should I do?
