I’m looking for recommendations for a good psychologist or counsellor in Colombo who does channeling sessions (or strong guidance) for personal healing.

Context: I’m struggling with the aftermath of an affair/breakup/love-related issue and need professional support to process things. Prefer someone who is experienced in relationship counselling, emotional healing, and helping with closure or clarity.
