Blisters not scabbing?

Day 7 and last day of antivirals, most of my blisters have dried and scabbed over however I still have pockets of fluid filled (more cloudy/white vs yellow) blisters. 40F and first time shingles. Should I be concerned? Was this normal for others? Based on other posts, it seems most ppl didnt have blisters at this point.
