Buying lightsticks at fairfax venue

Hey everyone, I wasn’t able to my lightstick for the concert in time so I need to buy it at the venue. Does anyone know the process of buying lightsticks at the venue before the show? How early should I get there? Can I bring in batteries? (My most important question lol)
