Can you tell me what should I do?

Problem/Goal: Hello. I am lia (F/24) and I have a live in partner (M/25) I am living on their family house and of course I am not that comfortable to just do what I want to do. Lately, I can feel like my partner is changing in a negative way na. Not all his traits naman is bad pero mostly these days is nagiging off na for me.

Context: So I will just give a few examples. First, When we need to eat, of course I will wait for both of us to go downstairs to eat. But, he will always tell me to wait until his family is done and then we can eat. Sometimes when he is not yet hungry even though it's already 10 or 11pm, we will not eat and I will wait for him. I have ulcer and UTI which he knows all of it. He also knows it's bad for me to be sooo hungry.Second, When it comes to "our" time. We're already almost 3 yrs in a rs. When both of us don't have work and it's our day off, instead of having quality time with me, He will always be with his phone or with his computer and I can't even disturb him because he will always tell me "Minsan lang naman ako maglaro". I get it. But can I have your time like for atleast 1 hour or even half an hour then I will give you all the day. We don't even do what we're doing when we start our relationship. Like, simple talks. Or He knows how much I love talking about random questions which we're also doing during our first year. But now, nothing. Idk. I can't tell him these because he will make me some bad person that can't even understand him. I'm just, getting tired of this.
