Driving license latest model

I saw a model of the 2024/2025 issued design of the Azerbaijan driving license by a friend today and I was wondering what under point “5” on the front was a combination of letters and numbers written in bold. My friend didn’t know what this means. Can someone explain it to me who has a 2024 or 2025 issued driving license what does the number under row 5 refer to?
